Band and Circular Saw Blade Sharpening Machine
A combination saw-blade sharpening machine for band and circular blade maintenance with the appropriate setup. The illustrated band-blade configuration includes an upright loop support, top guide roller and a cabinet-mounted grinding assembly.
Key functions

Band blade loop support. The tall support and upper roller carry the blade loop during the band-saw sharpening setup. Confirm the supported blade length, width and tooth pitch for your application.

Grinding setup and controls. The motor-driven grinding head, mechanical adjustments and digital control panel provide the main setting points for the sharpening process.

Blade changeover. Circular and band blades require their corresponding support and holding arrangements. Confirm the included fixtures and request a demonstration for each blade type you intend to service.
