LEADWOOD MACHINE / CNC PANEL PROCESSING
YM-12 CNC Woodworking Router
CNC routing for furniture components, cabinet panels and shaped wood-based parts. Build the machine specification around your drawings, materials and production workflow.
01 / FROM DRAWING TO WORKPIECE
Cut, rout and shape furniture panels.
The YM-12 is a gantry-style CNC woodworking router. A programmed tool path guides the spindle over the panel, allowing different part shapes and machining operations to be prepared from your production drawings.
Use a configuration review to match cutting, grooving, engraving or drilling tasks to the spindle, tooling, workholding and software. The correct setup depends on the material and machining operation.
Machine layout
- Gantry machining area: the spindle travels over the workpiece for programmed panel processing.
- Separate control cabinet: screen, keyboard and operating controls are grouped at the operator station.
- Extraction at the machining head: the pictured arrangement includes a hose and dust shoe close to the cutting area.
- Panel work area: choose workholding and bed size to suit your panel formats and part geometry.
Plan the complete workflow.Consider material loading, workpiece holding, tool changes, dust extraction and finished-part handling together. We can review these requirements with your intended machine configuration.
Where the YM-12 fits
Discuss applications in cabinet components, wardrobes, furniture panels and routed decorative parts. Send a sample drawing and the exact board material to check tooling, holding and process suitability.

Specify your machine with confidence.
Request a configuration sheet covering working travel, spindle and tool magazine, workholding, controller and software, electrical supply, machine dimensions and weight. Confirm the selected specification before placing an order.
Which details help you prepare a quotation?
Provide panel size and thickness, material type, part drawings, machining operations, expected production schedule, available power supply and destination country.
Can this machine produce my sample part?
Send drawings and material details for a process review. Ask for available machining footage or a sample demonstration relevant to your workpiece and chosen configuration.
What about installation and support?
Discuss site preparation, dust extraction, training, spare parts and technical support with your quotation. Packing and international delivery arrangements depend on your configuration and destination.
Can material handling be added to the production plan?
Review loading platforms and panel conveyors with our team. Compatibility and layout must be checked for the selected machine.
