LD680 — CNC Arc Forming Machine

An integrated CNC solution for grooving, adhesive application and curved-panel forming. A servo-driven gantry, zoned vacuum table and automatic tool changing support coordinated panel processing.

What it can produce

Create rounded cabinet corners and curved furniture components. The documented processes include R5–R50 slotting, gluing and bending, and R18–R25 folded arcs. R5–R100 filled arcs require manual insertion of the filling material; R50–R100 inside arcs require manual placement of pre-grooved backing. R100–R300 configurations are available by customization. Material, thickness, tooling and radius must be confirmed for each job.
