QM-04 — Band and trim shaped panels.
A contour edge banding and trimming machine with rocker-arm support, upper and lower trimming and laser-assisted tape-joint detection.
What it can produce
Band and trim curved furniture components, round and oval tops, rounded rectangular panels and other shaped workpieces. Confirm inner curves, panel dimensions and tape selection before production.
Supplied application photographs. Final results depend on the workpiece, edge material, adhesive and machine setup.
Three views of the machine
The machine combines edge banding and trimming stations with a touchscreen and rocker-arm workpiece support.
Two processes in one machine
Band the panel on one station and trim the upper and lower edges on the other. Laser-assisted detection identifies the start of the tape for cutting and joint alignment; it is a positioning function, not laser edge bonding.
