Automatic straight-line edge banding with twin diamond pre-milling cutters, followed by gluing, pressing, end trimming, fine trimming, scraping and polishing.
Finished edge application
For straight furniture panels where edge preparation is required before tape application. The supplied sample below illustrates the finished panel edge.

Diamond pre-milling
Twin diamond cutters prepare the board edge before the adhesive and edge tape are applied. Select tooling for the board material and desired finish.
Control and maintenance
The supplied configuration includes PLC touch-screen control, fault alerts and automatic lubrication. Operation videos and instructions are available to support setup and maintenance. Confirm the display language and final configuration when ordering.
