3100 — Straight edges, a finished look.
A straight-line edge banding machine combining panel preheating, gluing, banding, end trimming, fine trimming and polishing.
What it can produce
Apply PVC edge tape to straight furniture panels to cover exposed board edges. Suitable applications include cabinet panels, shelving and other rectangular furniture components, subject to material and size compatibility.

Designed around the edge-finishing process
A PLC touch-screen system coordinates the process. The supplied configuration includes automatic lubrication, an aluminium-alloy conveyor guide, end-trimming guides and pneumatic controls. Confirm the configuration and material compatibility for your application.
