Door Lock Mortising and Drilling Machine
A dedicated woodworking machine for preparing door-lock openings with the appropriate cutters and setup. The machine combines a supported worktable, clamping assemblies, an enclosed central machining area and a separate button control panel.
Key functions

Door-lock opening preparation. Review the lock-body pocket, faceplate recess and related holes against your door and hardware drawings. Select compatible tooling and confirm the machining sequence for the supplied configuration.

Workpiece support and positioning. The extended table, guide rail and holding assemblies provide the main reference points for positioning the workpiece. Confirm the supported door sizes, thicknesses and clamp arrangement before ordering.

Accessible operating controls. The separate button panel is positioned beside the enclosed machining head. The window allows observation of the working area; operation and guarding must follow the supplied machine instructions.
