Automatic CNC Swing-Head Saw Blade Sharpener
An automatic CNC swing-head sharpener for compatible circular saw blades. The machine uses a touchscreen operator station and a cabinet-mounted grinding assembly with blade positioning and mechanical setup controls.
Key functions

Automatic sharpening configuration. The CNC control and swing-head arrangement support the configured tooth-grinding cycle. Confirm the sequence, tooth geometry and operating settings for the blade you plan to maintain.

Touchscreen and physical controls. The upright screen and control buttons are positioned beside the work area for setup. An emergency-stop button is provided on the panel.

Blade positioning and adjustments. The support fixture, vertical clamp and handwheels provide the main setup points. Check the blade diameter, bore, tooth material and required wheel before ordering.
